(SportsNetwork.com) - The streaking Vancouver Canucks will try to stay perfect this season against the Oilers, as the Pacific Division foes meet in Saturdays battle at Edmontons Rexall Place. You can catch all of the action live on TSN 1040 at 7pm pt. The Canucks won the first two of five scheduled meetings with Edmonton in 2014-15, beating a visiting Oilers team 5-4 in a shootout on Oct. 11 before winning 2-0 at Rexall Place on Oct. 17. Vancouver has won five of the last seven encounters overall and has claimed two of the past three in Edmonton. Vancouver closed out October on a three-game winning streak, coming out on top in each game of a homestand. The Canucks wrapped the stay at Rogers Arena with Thursdays thrilling 3-2 overtime win against Montreal. Daniel Sedin scored the winner at 2:45 of OT to lift Vancouver past the Habs and give the Canucks their second three-game winning streak of the season. Vancouver also opened the season 3-0 and it will try for its first four-game winning streak since a seven-game tear from December 1-14 of last season. Sedins winner came on the power play after Montreals Tom Gilbert was called for interference 50 seconds into the extra session. Henrik Sedin brought the puck into the offensive end and cut over to the middle before dishing it low to the right circle where his twin brother Daniel quickly shifted to the forehand and snapped the puck into the left corner for the win. Nick Bonino and Brad Richardson scored for the Canucks, while Ryan Miller made 23 stops for win No. 301 of his career. It was a fun game to play, said Miller. The Canucks, however, will be without Alexandre Burrows for the next three games after the forward was suspended Friday. Burrows received the ban from the league for a late and high hit on Canadiens defenseman Alexei Emelin. No penalty was called on the play. Although he has been fined twice by the league, this is the first suspension for Burrows in 10 NHL seasons. Burrows, who has two goals and four assists this season, will be eligible to return in Thursdays game against San Jose. Edmonton had won four straight before losing Wednesday against Nashville. The Oilers hope to put a positive ending on a seven-game homestand when they cap the residency versus the Canucks. The Oilers dropped a 4-1 decision to the Predators, falling to 4-2-0 during their current stay at Rexall Place. Pekka Rinne stopped 26 shots and Craig Smith scored a pair of goals to lead Nashville to the easy win. Taylor Hall potted the lone goal for the Oilers, while Ben Scrivens took the loss despite making 31 saves. The chances were there, but we just couldnt find a way to put them in. Were in the West, we have to find a way to beat them, said Edmontons Ryan Nugent- Hopkins. All of Edmontons wins this season have come against Eastern Conference teams, as the Oilers are 0-5-1 within the conference. Projected Canucks Lines: D. Sedin - H. He liked what he saw on Tuesday night. Not only did his team post a comeback 3-2 victory in a shootout over the Montreal Canadiens, but the rival Washington Capitals were beaten 5-1 in Buffalo. Erik Johnson Jersey . "For the past several weeks, Logan has been dealing and playing with an upper body injury," said general manager Doug Wilson in a statement. "Despite his efforts to play through it, the injury has not responded as we had hoped and Logan has made the decision to undergo a surgical procedure to repair the problem. http://www.hockeyavalanchestore.us/Lanny-Mcdonald-Jersey/ . "All he says is, its crazy," DeMar DeRozan told reporters following Torontos win over the Pistons Wednesday. The Raptors longest-serving members, Johnson and DeRozan have had two coaches and 56 different teammates in five seasons with the club, all without appearing in a single playoff game. Rob Ramage Avalanche Jersey .com) - Delon Wright scored 17 points and No. Jarome Iginla Jersey . -- LaMarcus Aldridge returned to the Trail Blazers lineup, happy to know that things didnt go awry without him.CINCINNATI - With another horrid performance in prime time, the Bengals let it slip away. The defending AFC North champions surrendered their title and the chance for a home playoff game on Sunday night. Pittsburgh came away with the division championship by beating the bumbling Bengals 27-17 at Heinz Field.Cincinnati (10-5-1) had to settle for a wild-card berth after leading the division most of the season. The Bengals will play at Indianapolis (11-5) on Sunday in the first round. It was a huge disappointment for a team that hasnt won a playoff game since the 1990 season and has been at its worst in the biggest games, such as the one on Sunday night.Andy Dalton threw two more interceptions, and the defence allowed Ben Roethlisberger plenty of time to throw two very bad signs heading into the post-season.So last night was kind of a warm-up, offensive co-ordinator Hue Jackson said on Monday. We kind of didnt pass that test. But that one didnt count for what this one will count for, so were lucky that way. But onto the next.Up next is a familiar foe that provided some of the Bengals worst moments of the season.Cincinnati went to Indianapolis on Oct. 19 and lost 27-0, the first time in five years that the Bengals were shut out. They didnt even cross midfield until the fourth quarter and finished with 135 total yards.Receiver A.J. Green was sidelined for the game with an injured big right toe, and rookie Jeremy Hill hadnt yet been promoted to a starting job, so the Bengals will be a bit different in the rematch.Oh, theres a much different mindset, Jackson said. And there should be. There should be a mindset that has some confidence. The Bengals have been knocked out of the playoffs in the first round each of the past three seasons, with Dalton playing some of his worst games. Its contributed to one of the worst stretches of playoff futility in NFL history.Cincinnatis 23-year stretch without a playoff win is tied for sixth-longesst in league history.dddddddddddd Marvin Lewis is 0-5 in the playoffs; a loss on Sunday would tie him with Marty Schottenheimer, Jim Mora and Steve Owen for most consecutive coaching losses in the playoffs.A loss also would leave Lewis tied with Mora for most consecutive playoff losses to start a career. And then theres Dalton, whose 0-3 mark in the playoffs leaves him one shy of tying Warren Moon for most consecutive opening-round losses. Hes thrown for one touchdown and six interceptions in the post-season with a passer rating of 56.2.No, we dont feel any more pressure, Dalton said on Monday. We understand what were trying to accomplish. Its something that ever since I got here weve been trying to do. Weve got a good test this week and a good opportunity to go get our first (playoff) win.The Bengals also have never won a playoff game on the road in their history.Even after a first-round loss at home to San Diego last season, Lewis got an extra year added to his contract, which runs through 2015. And Dalton got a six-year deal in the off-season as well, so hes likely to be around again, regardless of what happens in Indianapolis. With so much focus on just getting one playoff win, Lewis is talking about a bigger picture winning a Super Bowl, which the Bengals have never accomplished. Theyre 0-2 in title games. In my mind, theres a bigger one than this one, Lewis said.Notes: Green is being evaluated for a concussion after a hard hit knocked him out of the game on Sunday. Its unclear whether hell be available to practice later in the week or to play on Sunday. ... Lewis said several players came out of the game with minor injuries that shouldnt prevent them from playing in Indianapolis. ... The Bengals went 5-2-1 at home and 5-3 on the road this season. Theyre 3-7 all-time in Indianapolis, having dropped their past seven games there since 1998.___Online: AP NFL website: www.pro32.ap.org and www.twitter.com/AP_NFL Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Wholesale NFL Jerseys Jerseys From China Wholesale NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap Jerseys Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
